Got fast tracked through from the Insight Programme (would highly recommend applying to that!)
Assessment day consisted of two interviews with partners, a group exercise and a written exercise.
The DLA team are pretty good at putting you at ease throughout.

Question 1
Is it better to work to a deadline and submit subpar work on time or to work beyond the deadline but submit better work?
3 Sections:
Group Exercise (with three other participants, supervised by two associates)
Case Study (to be presented to one partner with 15 mins to prep)
Strengths-Based Interview (with one partner about your skills/strengths)
Half-day assessment centre consisting of a group discussion, individual presentation and 1-on-1 interview. Preparation time was given for the group discussion and presentation, each lasting around 15 to 20 minutes.

Online app form, WG test, followed by a video interview asking competency questions and in-person assessment day (half day), be prepared to talk to partners, the whole application took around 4 months.
