Interview
The partner presentation is the most difficult bit. You are intentionally not given enough time to read all the information, meaning you can never reach the most reasoned answer. In honesty, I don't think what you say matters, more how you say it. Best advice would be to quickly read the most vital information, and then choose a position, stick with it and build around that - the only alternative is to spend all your time reading and have no argument of substance to present.

Interview
The interview process was structured and transparent. It began with an online application followed by a pre-recorded video interview assessing my motivations and situational judgment. After passing this stage, I was invited to an assessment centre consisting of a competency-based interview with two members of the team, a group exercise, and a written task designed to evaluate analytical skills and commercial awareness. The process concluded with an informal conversation with current trainees, which provided insight into the firm’s culture and day-to-day work.
Application form based on motivations, commercial awareness, and competency. Watson Glaser test. Video Interview with three questions. In-person assessment day with a group task, presentation with follow-up questions, and strengths-based interview.
