Submitted online application, 2 days later was invited to in store interview. There were 2 other applicants there during my interview . All three of us completed a personality test but they told the other two they would call them for an interview at a later time. Right after my test I started my interview with the store manager and department lead. The questions centered around my work experience and what I had to offer to the company. It was an exceptionally long interview process. It lasted well over an hour.
