Applied online and received a call back to go to an in-store interview. Took a kind of personality test and did an interview. Questions about past sales and retail experience and knowledge of sports. Pretty straightforward, the kind of questions you would expect, particularly if you've had this kind of position before.
I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Interview was nice and relaxed. Pretty much asked about your work history and what interests you as a person. Very easy going and was hired a couple of days later.

Interview
Very simple. One phone screen and then an in person interview with the floor manager. Overall very simple process and very few questions. Got offered the position during the second interview.
