DICK'S Sporting Goods interview questions

I interviewed with the assistant store manager and then was interviewed by the old store manager. They were highly impressed with my resume and offered me a better position and higher starting pay than what I went to interview for.

It was a one on one interview with one of the three managers. They ask situational questions like what would you do if a customer had a complaint, then they would ask about different situations and what would you do to help the customer out. Also, they see if you are comfortable about using their specific lingo.
