I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Coral Springs, FL) in Jul 2014
Interview
I applied online 2 times 1 week from each other and got called for an interview 4 days after the second application. I just got interviewed today and it was actually not that bad. It was at a hotel near the actual store which has not opened yet and they were doing interviews like crazy, anyways I had to sign in after getting to the hotel and waited about 20 mins before I got called to be interviewed and the first one took about 15 mins asking regular questions about my sport and job history and how much of a sport did I knew and luckily I've been playing soccer for many years and was able to answer correctly. After the first interview I got sent back to the waiting area for about another 20-30 mins and got asked to do a 80 question survey, just regular 'what if' questions and your opinion on some situations. After the survey I waited for 10 mins and got called for a second interview which was just some of the same previous questions and a couple of new ones, nothing difficult and I got offered the job right after we finished so nothing to be scared about or nervous just knowing how to answer correctly.

Question 1
Explain a time you experienced bad customer service.
I applied online. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Omaha, NE) in Jun 2014
Interview
The interview itself was basic.. Average. The manager that interviewed me was not the manager of the location I was interviewing for, although that manager was on site. It was followed up by one of those generic "surveys" that posts the same question several different ways to see if you are consistent. I always lose interest in a company when I encounter those type of "surveys".
