I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Jacksonville, NC) in Jan 2015
Interview
20 minute interview with the Hardlines manager that did not really understand golf. Then a phone interview with the District manager that could not have went better. I was asked a lot questions about golf equipment that I answered correctly. I was called by the Hardlines manager within an hour and offered the position.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Victorville, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
You get interviewed by two managers. The process is just like any other interview just seeing how you would fit in the company and see if you are sports minded. One of the managers takes you into a side room with a piece of paper to ask corporate questions that have already been chosen. After you get interviews by a manager you do a second interview with the store manager to get the final ok.

Interview
Applied a week or so before online and got a call for a interview the next day. Talked mostly about sports and what I was into firearms wise. Got a informal offer and scheduled a 2nd interview with the store manager a hour later. After the 2nd interview I got offered a conditional offer pending a background check.
