I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Columbus, OH) in Aug 2016
Interview
Looked for experience and saw customer service experience. They also ask what sports you have played throughout your life for familiarity purposes. Decided to put me in a part of the store I didn't really want to be in and even said I was basically just doing loss prevention work instead of becoming a fully productive associate.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods in Sep 2013
Interview
The whole process was really very simple. I got a phone call for an interview a couple days after applying. The first interview is with a sales manager who ask general behavioral questions. Then you have to fill out a questionnaire. If you pass that, then the store manager did my interview. It was really an easy process and in my case, I knew two days after that I had received the job.
