Interview
They basically ask you questions about what sports you've played, how long you've played them, what your knowledge base is on those specific sports, etc.
They also ask you some basic questions like:
"Describe a time you received bad customer service from a different company. What you would have done differently?"
"Do you have a specific approach to understanding customers?"
"Describe a time you went above and beyond for a specific customer."
"Describe a time where you had a chance to be a leader, in school, work, or sports."
They ask a few other questions about your experience, availability, why you want to work for them, etc.

Interview
Multiple phone interviews, in person interviews for full day. HR screened phone interview approx. 30-40 mins. Hiring Manager interview with Director for approx. 40-60 mins. Travelled overnight for full day interview with multiple Directors for approx. 5 hrs.

The interview was very informal. This was expected for a college student. Had to answer questions on the phone, the manager would listen to feedback. He hired me on the spot.
