Applied online and heard back a few weeks later. 2 interviews in one day. It was 2 30 minute interviews that were straight behavioral. Questions were easy and the interviewers were super nice.

Technical Code Assessment time limit of 2 hours but is doable in much less time. I suggest taking the practice first if your unfamiliar with how the live coding questions work for Codility.
Was told short phone call after that but ended up being a much longer one that was more grilling than the code assessment. Rapid fire questions so you need to give quick answers.
You should do fine if you can answer questions quickly and clearly. My coding assessment I took before was never brought up or looked at.
There are two lists of strings how would you go about finding all the strings that are not present in one from the other. Explain the logic clearly and avoid being verbose.
