Straightforward, easy, and with nice people. Phone screen and then in-person interview with store manager and department manager. Interviews took no more than 30 minutes each and were conducted at the store.

Most of the time it was an open discussion where you are allowed to truly use your thoughts to represent yourself with out feeling like you are in a box and being interrogated .
