I applied online in the middle of January. Cushman and Wakefield are one of the first real estate companies to open their applications for summer internships. Most other companies opened in March or April. They said I would not hear a reply until 21st March. I got a reply on April 24th saying I had been accepted for a competency based interview in May.

3 rounds - first is a behavioral interview with HR second is a techinical interview with an associate, and 3rd is a superday. Heard back quickly and entire process spanned around 1-3 months. I

Interview
Heavily based on referral. My experience was longwinded starting by connecting the recruiter view LinkedIn in November and getting my offer in April. I had a first-round interview in January and a final round with two Vice Chairman in March.
Interview with HR. Went through my CV and asked some behavioral questions. Then proceed to perform a written test which consist of both chinese and english translation tasks. Whole interview process took around one hour.
