Interview
Heavily based on referral. My experience was longwinded starting by connecting the recruiter view LinkedIn in November and getting my offer in April. I had a first-round interview in January and a final round with two Vice Chairman in March.
Interview with HR. Went through my CV and asked some behavioral questions. Then proceed to perform a written test which consist of both chinese and english translation tasks. Whole interview process took around one hour.
