Crowe LLP interview questions

Initial recruiter call 15-20 min, followed by two rounds of interviews with the hiring managers. Questions were direct and to the point, no weird personality assessment questions. Overall process was about a month (3 week interview process, 1 week of waiting for an offer). The recruiter called to give an offer prior to sending out the official document. Once I spoke with the recruiter and gave my salary expectations, they got back to me with the salary I wanted and a written offer.
