After passing all 5 of those I'm assigned to Remote University program that evaluated me while working real business tickets for one month.

you have to go through a serie of online tests (IQ test, english test, leet code test, then real world test) but only at the end you find out that they are extremely intrusive (they ask for 360° view of your room, screen sharing and webcam on all the time) and they have that tool that watches you while you work, all of this for a below low-tier salary
