Everything is online. 1. Basic Fit questionnaire to check you have the experience and qualifications needed. 2. CCAT aptitude test, 15min 3. English recording 4. Skills assesment (related on the role you are applying, accounting/finance test was very easy multiple options test) 5. Free responses 2h with live monitoring. I passed all the stages till there. It took over 2 weeks to get the results of "free responses", at which time my application showed "passed". However, after couple of days I got an email saying that I was not selected and they recommend me to study and practice more and apply again in half a year. I honestly underperformed the live test, and I know it. It still bugs me that my application first showed "passed", and they changed it afterwards.
