Everything was online and automated. This is another company failing spectacularly at automating its recruiting process. Don't waste your time with this one! They lack a human touch! Why don't they hire a machine to their work.. why try to recruit humans?

First, you need to pass a series of tests. Then the main part is case study sort of assignment. After you deal with that, if you accomplish getting a passing score, which is over 80 percent I think, you are invited to an interview. Then after you get hired, you need to pass CCAT again.
