Crossover for Work interview questions

Was directed to a web site. Various items needed to be completed like a bunch of logic questions (if Sally is older than Bob and Larry is younger than Bob, then Larry is younger than Sally) type of a thing. Followed by english and then two stages. The two stages were quite time consuming with the last one taking a very long time. Interestingly enough, I was emailed by these folks asking me to complete the last phase because I was top X% of the candidates. I completed the last stage and was told 2 weeks before results will be known. I was then told within a few hours that results were not good. Hugh? In short, the process is a total joke. It requires a lot of investment from the candidates, while Crossover does ZERO. While you go through the process and at the end of it, there is ZERO feedback or interaction. Complete joke. If this is how these folks attract talent, I can see that the feedback about working there is 100% correct, all about 10 minute tracking from a tool that is installed on your computer. Yikes! My gut feel is that this is a place to stay away from.
