Crossover for Work interview questions

I was called (on my mobile phone) for a preliminary discussion. I was given a brief discription on working from any location and the process of takover and revamping the processes

15 mins to solve 50 questions is just not fair in the CCAT Companies never use such high aptitude skills while working in an real scenarios. All they would want is highly skilled person but treat all them as they just don’t know anything when they join Not satisfied with the interview process It’s better given the person real life scenario and test their knowledge and experience
