Interview
Tedious and impersonal. They will require you to take several tests including a simulation of troubleshooting scenario. Basically, you will be reading technical documents and resolve issues on the fly since you don’t have the knowledge on their products. It was exhausting and time consuming. But, I think it’s worth a try if you are unemployed and have nothing to do. I’m not sure whether the skills you’re going to acquire while working for them is worth somewhere else.

Interview
I lost my time. First of all, I sent my CV and cover letter. I spent about 1 hour writing a cover letter specifically for this position. 5 seconds later I received an email saying that I had to pass an online test. I answered yes to all the questions related to the job: motivation for working with kids, if I believed that kids were able to achieve their objectives with hard work, etc. The only question for which I gave a negative answer was: "Have you ever been coached at a professional as a professional athlete?". I answered "no" to this question, even if I have been coached in many other occasions in my life. Once I finished answering these 4-5 questions they automatically rejected me. Just because I am not a professional athlete. Crossover talks about inclusivity and non-discrimination, but this is not a proof of it. I am really disappointed about the hiring process. What a loose of time.
