Did well on the first CCAT - passed the interview - went through the hiring process. Took the 2nd proctored CCAT and did not do well. So no longer allowed to work for Crossover. I think its quite unreasonable to require applicants to go through such extensive work and test twice. An aptitude test SHOULD NOT be required for a customer service position. If all companies went with this hiring practice, they would be in desperate need of employees. My work background is far surpasses the job I applied for, but due to anxiously not passing the 2nd CCAT, I'm deemed "unfit". Bologna !

The assessment process is discriminating against people with disabilities, specifically neurodiverse such as dyscalula. The assessment says you can't use a calculator.
I asked for a reasonable adjustment / accommodation for this as it doesn't impact one role but all roles they advertise.
After nearly 4 weeks I finally get a response saying they are refusing to allow assistive technology, a calculator in this case, when this is a protected right in both the American with Disabilities Act and the Equality Act 2010.
If you are thinking of using this organisation to find staff stay well clear unless you want to purposely discriminate and risk a lawsuit because of this.

Submitted to a 3-day project. I was able to pull this off, but it was a bit challenging given the time constraint, but an interesting one nonetheless.
A project has nothing to do with technical assessments run nowadays.
