Crossover for Work interview questions

The assessment process is discriminating against people with disabilities, specifically neurodiverse such as dyscalula. The assessment says you can't use a calculator. I asked for a reasonable adjustment / accommodation for this as it doesn't impact one role but all roles they advertise. After nearly 4 weeks I finally get a response saying they are refusing to allow assistive technology, a calculator in this case, when this is a protected right in both the American with Disabilities Act and the Equality Act 2010. If you are thinking of using this organisation to find staff stay well clear unless you want to purposely discriminate and risk a lawsuit because of this.

Submitted to a 3-day project. I was able to pull this off, but it was a bit challenging given the time constraint, but an interesting one nonetheless. A project has nothing to do with technical assessments run nowadays.
