A joke. You must take a cognitive test just to get to an interview. The test is loaded with a lot of math, which seems odd for an instructional design position. Based on the work reviews for this company, they seem out of touch and not worth the effort to work for.

I gave up the Cognitive Aptitude test. I virtually closed the tab after 10 questions. Just a waste of time. I've never got this test even for the well-branded company.

Fairly easy CCAT exam tbh, the only thing that is hard in that test is the verbal reasoning questions for those who are not native English speakers because they decide to choose words that William the Conquerer used in his daily life in the 11th century.
The English test is kinda stupid because it asks you to repeat some sentences and decides your English level, I got like C1 or something.
Data Analytics & Insight test is again is easy if you're familiar with MS Excel but if you're not, then you're gonna be in trouble. Because it makes you use probably every relevant MS Excel function available. They also give you a 10MB Excel file to analyze and answer some questions.
Learn New Products Test is again fairly easy you need an IQ of a monkey to pass this test because all the answers are available in the question and product's sheet. You only need to do a quick search for the last 1-2 questions on Google.
Anyway, after all those stuff, my application got into the review status after 1 day it turned into the interview status, and approximately after 12 hours, I got declined because the interview wasn't successful.
LMAO WHAT? I didn't even receive an invite to the interview, and the hiring manager can mark the application as unsuccessful before even conducting the interview he had to do.

Tests and stuff, fairly easy but since probably all the HR is corrupted, they won't even interview after clearing all the levels.
