The questions were absolutely not related to the position at all, and when I questioned HR about it, the reply I got was wanting to have hires that match company "attitude".
The questions aaked were timed mathematics, with nothing related to ROIs, KPIs, or anything at all related to digital marketing. There was no apparent knowhow of what they were looking for, or anything that would be about the job itself. Having been a professor and transitioned into marketing, with a combined total of almost 18 years, the entire hiring process is beyond flawed with far outdated hiring methodologies. A very poor perspective for what is supposed to be an education focused company. Avoid at all costs.
