Crossover for Work interview questions

Totally automated using AI. The process didn’t work and I want able to progress through the assessments. I had to raise a service ticket and was advised that I had to redo the assessment. The whole process takes around 3 hours and includes some pretty extensive online assessments that wouldn’t really assist to determine good candidates. It’s a good idea but poorly executed and having a completely AI driven recruitment process is probably a bad idea.

They are expecting way too much of experience and I am a fresher there are no opportunities for freshers at all very bad and it is very very difficult for every role they mentioned more than 5 years of experience but the package is very good maybe after five years i will try again later It is so disappointed to know that there are no hirings for freshers this needs to change
