Interview
It was a rushed interview process they were clearly trying to hurry and hire anyone and not so much the right fit. They say they have the top 1% of talented workers but I do not believe that.
The part that killed it for me was the low pay/ no benefits and then the time tracking system. I am all for time tracking and ensuring your employees are doing their work but when you are tracking their every click and then taking random snap shots of both your screen and you that just screams they do not trust or respect their employees.
