You apply online and then they ask you a bunch of questions, you answer them and depending on if they liked your answers, they either reject your application or allow you to be in the marketplace. From the market place, it doesn’t mean the hiring manager sees your resume. You’re just in their stupid market place. It’s a waste of time. Don’t bother. They have no jobs available.
