Really, really bad. I can’t fully understand how they expect to attract talented / experienced management like this: 6 months of back and forth waiting and changing/trying positions because the remote position was not available in my area (??), the hiring manager was not available, the scheduled interview was in the past and so on. A broken process that probably results In high attrition. Don’t even try, specially if you’re looking to apply for a management position.
