Hopeless interview process and was a complete waste of time. The tests revolved not around the applicant's skills, but around solving simple addition and subtraction questions and then being tested on which object does not look like the other objects. This is exactly what a successful channel manager *should not* be interviewed for. Rubbish process and I will never apply for an employment service such as this...nor would I recommend anyone doing so. The Channel Management role is so much more than solving problems and silly juvenile tests. Also to note, the other positions for senior positions are severely under paid.
