A lot of online assessments before you get to be interviewed by a person. This approach may not suit everyone, but for me it's fine.
An IQ-test style online quiz consisting of 50 brain teasers, but you're not expected to answer all of them. An English speaking test (very easy if you're a native speaker) and two work assignments.
You get scores for each of them and if you meet the requirements for the job you're applying to, an interview gets scheduled.
The two Zoom interviews were fine - the first was more about project management, the second was technical. It was clear that my technical knowledge wasn't at the level they need, but it's good that this came out in the interview rather than giving you false hope. Both interviewers were friendly and courteous.
I then received a rejection email a couple of days later, which was expected based on the technical interview.
Overall the process was handled professionally and efficiently. I would consider applying for other jobs based on my interview experience.
