Quite quick and transparent to be fair. And entirely virtual. Several interview stages from a basic fit questionnaire of five or so questions, a cognitive aptitude test, and two real-work assignments, one where I had to learn a product and answer questions on it and the other that tested multitasking skills in a high pressure customer support scenario (respond to chats and emails in a specific time frame simultaneously etc.)
If you pass these tests, you're invited for an interview, which seemed to be a formality (at this point they've seen your test results and your CV and know if you're a good fit academically/experience-wise)
If you pass that interview, you re-do the cognitive test in a proctored environment (under supervision)
