After reviewing the job description I felt my qualifications and experience would fit perfect in this role. I began the application process but failed the cognitive test. 50 questions in 15 minutes...ran out of time. This is a ridiculous and horrible way to interview a candidate on his/her qualifications. Ask to wait 6 months and reapply, and work on my skills....you’re not that important. I know my value, as do many on here.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Some simple math questions but also a lot of shape/pattern questions that have no bearing on my skills in sales and customer service.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Crossover for Work in Mar 2024
Interview
2 hours worth of assessments and skills tests.
A ridiculous request before ever getting to speak to anyone. Even more ridiculous that the next step showed 3 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES of "Real Work Assessments".
So the ask is "Do 5 hours and 40 minutes of work and then we might invite you for an interview". Unacceptable and tells me this is not somewhere that values people.

Question 1
Q: An hourly worker on $15 will be paid how much for an 8 hour shift?
The first correspondence with them was an automated email to take a bunch of assessments. No thanks. I think I will pass on that and join an organization who decides on my candidacy by actually conversing with me like human beings.

Question 1
Can you do math? Because this role doesn’t require it
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (São Paulo, ) in Oct 2021
Interview
O Processo foi bem bacana, com introdutorios bastante visuais. No geral é um processo bastante automatizado mas foi interessante, bem construido mas o teste cognitivo foi bastante elimatorio, com uma dificuldade acima da média.

Question 1
O processo foi bastante hight touch, utilizando ferramentas para testes, acho que o teste cognitivo estava um pouco além.
