The Interview process is flawed because of the below reasons: The interview process includes working on case studies and real life scenarios which can be encountered at work and these questions involve taking on a lot of assumptions. The candidate is based on questions and to the point answers which is flawed because it doesnt account for the approach that the candidate has chosen. Since the assumptions are many, it would be better if the candidate has atleast the chance to explain the underlying workings and approach adopted for the result. It is disappointing that the evaluation doesnt seem to care despite several mails of feedback from the candidates to make the procedures better.
