Found it very professional. I was contacted by their Senior Recruiter and after a skype discussion where we both wanted to take it forward, was asked to take part in an online tournament which is conducted every Saturday.

Different real time scenarios were asked in the tournament like example, How would you manage if your team comes up and says that they can deliver only half the amount of output expected in the timeline ?
