We know that there is no excuse to this kind of incident and though we are unable to tell why the interview which was scheduled for you was rescheduled twice, we would like to assume that something came up. One strong reason might be the timezone differences or the recruiter sent you an email regarding the "no call" interview and it might had been routed in your Spam.
