      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (New York, NY) in Dec 2016

      Interview

After a short pre-screening an account manager contacted me to schedule an interview. He wrote that they are looking to fill in the position fast. Once we scheduled the interview, we had to postpone by one day, the account manager contacted me minutes before our appointment. The hiring manager was friendly, he had prepared a few questions, once we hit the 30 minutes, he asked if i can spend additional 10 minutes for his remaining questions. He also gave me an introduction on the company management philosophy (they believe in monitoring every move and learning from the process) and explained shortly about the position. Overall the interview was professional and meaningful.

      Interview

Went to a couple of recruiting events, got invited to a dinner, applied online, had to complete 5 questions with realistic work scenarios. Afterwards, had two rounds of Skype interviews with managers in the company. Got a decision about a week afterwards. Was a transparent and overall good interview process.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1
