Crossover for Work Developer interview questions

First time to give a Negative evaluation on Glassdoor. The worst and most discriminatory Online Assessment I have ever taken in my career. The Cognitive Aptitude test is 100% a waste of time. They are not looking for a Developer but Linguists proficient in English. (They ask to finish 50 questions in 15 mins). It's really unfair to non-native English speakers. They let you find synonyms and antonyms in a bunch of CAPITAL WORDS. If the purpose is vocabulary testing, why do they bother to use all capitalized words in the question??? If the purpose is for Cognitive Ability, why don't they allow to choose languages for tests? ??IT'S AN INSULTING TEST TOTALLY!!

They took some personality test and also didn't give correct feedback. The test went well even score was good but later they sent mail that sorry we're not considering your profile. They want to hire machine not employees.
