Interview
You start by taking a test with around 80 questions, they range from generic programming questions to questions specific to your role, they include multiple technologies as well, I had to answer questions about NoSQL and some Apache technologies; If you pass the test (the result comes right after you finish it) you will start a set of different tasks to complete, which include recording an audio presenting yourself, some job related questions like something you learned from your past jobs, two code challenges where you need to improve the existing code to reach some expected goal; After all that they send you an e-mail saying that they will contact you until the end of the next week, if they don't it means you didn't pass. After the contact you join a pool of candidates where managers will look for and then they start scheduling interviews with you. You do the interview and choose which manager you will work with.
