Interview
The process involves collecting badges based on job requirements. According to the information on their website, 80% of applicants receive a job offer. I applied for several roles, had two interviews, and was not called back for either interview, even though I met all the criteria. They did not offer me a job in either interview, nor did they inform me of any details. I believe they are unfair and play with applicants just to test their employment processes. They require many assignments to be completed, so they need many potential candidates who will not be offered a job in order to have a good sense of their evaluations.

Some general questions about past work experiences
We shortlist with objective assessments and role‑specific work, then run a brief human interview for finalists. We don’t provide individual grading feedback, and there’s no 80% offer rate claim - standards are intentionally and famously high. We've always claimed to hire the top 1% of global talent, not 80%. :)
