I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Medicine Hat, AB) in Oct 2013
Interview
My interview was quite a while ago but there were three stages to the interview. They were great to meet with and talk to. I felt comfortable through the interview process. They asked alot of great questions. They were also willing to answer any questions I had as well. I was hired very quickly after that. A great place if you like retail.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Pearland, TX) in Sep 2015
Interview
Arrived at a temporary store site, many other applicants waiting, seemed disorganized. I was called and interviewed by two Costco employees. Many retail related (usual) Questions. Both very professional, pleasant and appeared to be interested in my answers. I was asked to remain for a second interview. The second interviewer only asked two questions and was not engaged in the conversation at all, she excused her self twice, both times in the middle of my answers? She asked if I had any questions and in an effort to keep her interested I asked some questions about the hiring process, the answers were short and vague. I was told I would be notified by end of the week.
