I applied in-person. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (El Paso, TX)
Interview
I was interviewed directly by the warehouse manager for a new location. There was an incredibly long line of applicants. I walked past the entire line and shook the hand of the first Official Looking Costco Person I found, whom turned out to be the general manager. He later told me he liked my direct attention.

Question 1
Situational scenarios, "If this happen, what would you do?" type of questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Sun Prairie, WI) in May 2012
Interview
They asked me basic questions and I answered them to the best of my abilities. The rest of the time I sat there and listened to the people in the food court complain about how fat they were and how they couldn't figure out why they were so fat despite the fact that they were currently eating Costco food court food which very well might be the cause of their obesity
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Scarborough, ON) in Nov 2015
Interview
I was called three days after I applied for this position online, and was asked to have an interview the next day. A man and a lady interviewed me, and they are very friendly people. We chatted around and then they asked me questions according to a form. The questions were pretty much about the work/social experience you had in the past and what you learned from them. It took about 20min, and after the first interview, they asked me if I can wait for the second interview immediately, I said yes and then the warehouse owner had a talk with me. Not much like an interview though, she just gave me the job description and let me sign. It took no more than 10min. She then told me to wait to be contacted cuz they need to contact my references.
