I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Irvine, CA) in May 2015
Interview
I applied for cashier but was given the lowly job of the front end/cashier assistant. The interview process was easy. There were 2 people interviewing me in the office for a first interview and they would ask me situational questions; "what would you do in this situation? Tell me a time when..." The two people were talking casually to each other, cursing as normal is for them. I was immediately given a second interview and given the job. They love it if you look really nice and if you smile a lot.
