Very transparent and up front with expectations of the role and how to excel after the proper training. The interview was first with an outside recruiter and then the manager of the territory, which was a causal conversation in person.

Essentially a data engineering role, but it reported to a head of sales(who was running UAT), who reports to head of operations. The lines between the roles are all blurred, which is a red flag. Interviewer did a bait and switch 30mins before the call, putting two junior execs in place of the original manager. Glad to have dodged this bullet.
