Vorstellung Firma / Position / Chef /Kollegen. Vorstellung an Projekte / Hintergrund. Fragen von beiden seiten. Zweite Runde mit HR Chef und gleich das Angebot mitnehmen. Fragen in Interview: 1.Selbst Präsentation 2. Motivation: Warum diese Firma, diese Stelle? 3. Größte Herausforderung. 4. 3x Stärke. 5. 3x Schwäche.

very slow process with few reschedules due to Continental managers availability. the interview was quiet difficult, not because of the question or discussion, but more because of the attitude of the manager participating. I could say very unfriendly and bored.
