Continental Project Manager interview questions

The interview process is relatively easy and straighten, no tricky questions or behavioral questions. Also nog many stages but hr process is very slow. In general id say its wash compared to typical tech company interviews

I Applied through Recommendation got the interview pretty fast it was nothing out of the ordinary. Standard questions. They hire any and whoever just need people. What was your role in the team? How did show leadership etc?
