Continental interview questions

Communications were fast and very professional. Process was quick, different interviews with Manager, HR and team. I like how the Manager wanted to make sure I was well suited for the job, asking me if I would be Ok to work as required by the project and trying to make sure I was going to like the job before starting. Then Drug tests and the waiting for results, it had to be done at a certain facility so it was quite a drive for me at that time.

Process took a week. 2 phone interviews and one on site interview. Technical interview was completely based on resume and HR interview was a STAR type.
