Continental interview questions

I applied online for the Financial Analyst position and they call me after two weeks. I had only the phone interview with basic questions. We talk about my professional experience, the reasons why i want to leave the current job, what are my expectations and they ask me about financial statements.

Applied for a job posted in a job site. Initial response within 3 weeks. Telephonic interview after a month which was more towards confirming experience and questions related to projects. Face to face interview after a month and focussed on behavioural, software architecture related and what-if type questions.
