I applied online. I interviewed at Continental (Chicago, IL)
Interview
the hiring process seemed to take a long time. I can only imagine that many candidates were being interviewed which led to this result. I did get hired so I suppose it paid off.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Where I see myself in 5-10 years. It is a generic question, and one that can never be answered truthfully. Industry as a whole is difficult to predict with all the rapid advances in technology. So I gave the yearbook answer and left it at that.
I applied online. I interviewed at Continental (East Lansing, MI) in Feb 2017
Interview
I spoke to Continental's representatives at a few career fairs through my college. I then applied online. They emailed me to interview at Michigan State. My interview was about 45 minutes long and he asked my question and filled out a form on his computer. He asked if I had any questions about the company, and then the interview was over. I did not get the job right away, but in the summer the intern who did get it didn't show up. I got a phone call asking if I was still interested and then an email a few days later. I accepted the job then and had to get a drug screening and background check done. Once those were in I got my start date. The process was pretty long, but I think that was because of the rare circumstance.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Continental (Camaçari, Bahia)
Interview
O processo foi muito bem conduzido. Direto, transparente e compreensivo. Comparado com outros processos de seleção de estagiários que participei, o processo da Continental teve o grande diferencial de ter sido extremamente transparente, com feedback claro e direto aos candidatos.
