Continental interview questions

1. Technical part of interview lasted more than 60 minutes .Three very polite and professional workers and asked a lot of questions. They wanted to find out what I know best. They did not force a further talk about something I didn’t know.. They let me solve four logical tasks from programming. They did not insist on writing orders, but only to explain. Sure, it's better if you can write a program. It was the most beautiful hour in my career. 2. HR interview was about working in team, salary, working time, about success and failure in my previous jobs.

I had attended a weekend recruitment drive as a lateral. The HR had first of all sent me to the incorrect department for interview. One of the two interviewer was very rude and asked horrible questions. The interview was supposed to start at 8 30 but they called me at 11AM.
