Continental interview questions

2 Rounds of face to face interview. Litlle technical questions, more questions to test analytical and thinking skills of the candidate. More focus on marketing and negotiation skills of the candidate.

Sehr chaotisch. Man hatte mir meine vorab per E-Mail und Telefon gestellten Fragen nicht beantwortet und verwies auf das Bewerbungsgespräch. Im Gespräch wurden meine Fragen beantwortet und es stellte sich innerhalb der ersten 10 Minuten heraus, dass ich gar nicht für die Position geeignet war. Die Anfahrt und der Zeitaufwand hätten durch eine kurze Beantwortung meiner Fragen vermieden werden können.
