The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Continental (Singapur) in Jan 2018
Interview
There were 3 rounds in total and the entire process took less than 2 months from the first interview to the offer. The first was with technical staff members, who were quite friendly. The questions were mostly technical, besides the usual ones about previous work experience.
The second round was with a HR lady, who asked the same questions about previous work experience and other soft-skill scenario related ones. She seemed eager to put the candidate on the defensive, and ready to chastise them for not reading up on the company's structure and business beforehand. At times I wondered why I had to go into technicalities when she did not seem to be the right audience for that.
The third was with a more senior member of the management over video conference, who asked rather technical questions, with other members of the hiring team and HR in the background. The senior guy conducted himself professionally and did most of the talking and asked mostly technical scenario type questions relevant to the role.
In the end, the offer was quite a lowball, and effectively a cut in compensation and benefits - the total annual package came up short and leave benefits were much worse off than my then-company. The recruitment agent who facilitated my application tried to get me to take up the offer, but it was too much of a drop for me to accept. I wondered why I had to go through all those interview rounds only for them to make an unrealistic offer. The second round of interview with HR was also unnecessary. Well, perhaps they were stall for time.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Continental (Detroit, MI) in Mar 2020
Interview
First is the phone interview, then the on site technical interview. Both are easy and nice. There are 4 people, one is hr manager, the other 3 are IT team members.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Continental (Berlín) in Jun 2016
Interview
